The role also supports the development of M&E frameworks and ensures high-quality project implementation by promoting data-driven innovations for impactful programming.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate MERL technical initiatives across all projects in Southern Programme Implementation Area.
- Lead the implementation of monitoring systems and evaluation activities.
- Ensure data collection tools are aligned with project goals.
