Job Summary

The Mass Activation Support role is responsible for coordinating and executing mass activations for customer engagement and product awareness. This includes planning activation campaigns, managing field teams, and ensuring the successful onboarding of new customers. The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Activation Campaign Execution
    • Plan and implement mass activation campaigns for product awareness and customer acquisition.
    • Coordinate field teams and ensure seamless execution of activation activities.
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align activation goals.
  2. Customer Engagement & Support
    • Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers during activation events.
    • Address customer queries and provide necessary product information.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and brand representation.
  3. Data Collection & Reporting
    • Track and report activation performance metrics, including customer sign-ups and engagement levels.
    • Provide daily and weekly reports on activation results and field team performance.
    • Ensure accurate data entry and analysis to improve activation strategies.
  4. Team Coordination & Training
    • Train field representatives on activation procedures and customer interaction best practices.
    • Supervise and monitor the performance of activation teams.
    • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and company policies.
  5. Market Analysis & Process Improvement
    • Gather market insights to optimize activation strategies.
    • Identify and report any challenges faced during activations, suggesting solutions for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the management team to enhance activation efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in mass activation, sales, field marketing, or customer engagement.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently and manage field teams effectively.
