One-Year Contract Employment Opportunities
The President’s Office, Public Service Management and Good Governance, through letter Ref. No. FA. 97/228/02″A/183 dated 12th December 2024, has authorized the Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (AQRB) to employ qualified Tanzanians on a one-year contract basis to fill 15 vacant positions. AQRB is now inviting dynamic, proactive, and suitably qualified individuals to apply for the following positions:
ICT Officer II (1 Post)Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ICT Management, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain back-end and front-end connectivity.
- Ensure timely software patch updates.
- Install, configure, and update anti-virus software.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining servers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Conduct system backups and test recovery procedures.
- Perform network troubleshooting and repairs.
Remuneration: AQRB 4.1
General Requirements:
- Applicants must be Tanzanian citizens and aged 45 years or below.
- Attach an up-to-date CV with reliable contact information, including postal address, email, and telephone numbers.

- Form IV and Form VI certificates
- Professional certificates (if applicable) verified by the relevant authorities (NECTA, TCU, NACTE).
- Indicate three reputable referees with reliable contacts.
