Job Description:
You will be responsible for the daily functions of the Human Resources department including talent acquisition, performance management, leave administration, and enforcing company policies and processes (company culture champion).
- Carry out recruitment processes including sourcing applications, interviewing and facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates for vacant positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for the vacant positions
- Conduct background checks and employment verifications for new hires
- Implement new hire induction program and employee onboarding into the company culture (values awareness)
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and implement HR programs including but not limited to leave management, performance management, disciplinary matters, disputes resolutions, talent management, employee engagement, occupational health and safety, training and development etc
- Review, tracking and filing of various HR related documentations and correspondences into respective files
- Handle employment related inquiries from candidates, employees and supervisors referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices
- Prepare and updating various HR related reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Psychology or any other relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources function.
