Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Support management to identify staffing needs in line with business strategy
- Oversee the recruitment, selection and on-boarding process
- Support the development and implementation of people related policies and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Manage employee data on the company’s HRIS, this includes periodic people reporting
- Timely payroll data preparation and management
- Support line management with employee relations activities this includes disciplinary and grievance
- Guide and support line management with performance management and determining employee development needs
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related
- Minimum 3 years in similar role preferably in medium sized organisation
- Digital literate i.e. Microsoft office suite, HRIS/HRMS
- Experience with payroll processing is key
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
