What You’ll Need
- HR Expertise: Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Ability to build effective relationships and provide guidance to employees.
- Operational Efficiency: Experience in running HR daily functions and managing routine tasks effectively.
- Vendor Management: Skill in liaising with external vendors for HR-related services.
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience in multiple human resource disciplines, including recruitment, performance management, compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, employment laws etc.
- Preference for those with education or experience in Kenya labor law
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Seeks to build long term relationships. Can practice discretion and can maintain confidentiality as needed.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
