Job Overview
Client Service Associate – Printing Sales is responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and driving sales from within the company premises. This role focuses on engaging with walk-in clients, handling phone and email inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting printing services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients and inbound inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate printing solutions.
- Prepare and present price quotations based on client requirements.
- Upsell and cross-sell printing services and related products.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and meet sales targets.
- Accurately record customer orders and specifications.
- Liaise with the production team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Monitor order progress and update clients on order status.
- Address and resolve any issues related to orders, payments, or deliveries.
3. Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when dealing with customers.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with returning customers to encourage loyalty.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues to the Sales Manager when necessary.
4. Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Assist in managing the sales database and updating client information.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track and report on sales performance against set targets.
5. Marketing & Promotions Support
- Assist in the execution of in-house promotional activities.
- Distribute marketing materials and provide information on new services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback to help improve product offerings and promotions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Experience in printing, advertising, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of printing processes and products (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and POS/CRM systems
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
