Workshop Supervisor will be overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a workshop, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.

Duties and responsibilities
• Oversee the daily activities within the workshop to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
• Coordinate work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
• Supervise and guide workshop staff -Welders/General Fitter
• Address and resolve any staffing issues, such as conflicts or poor performance.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed.
• Conduct regular safety checks and ensure that workers are using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure that all workshop machinery and equipment are in good working condition.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance schedules and service history.
• Ensure that tools, equipment, and materials are readily available for workers.
• Act as a liaison between the workshop and other departments.
• Ensure that workshop staff are informed about project timelines, deadlines, and expectations.
• Quickly identify and address any technical or operational problems within the workshop.
• Identify opportunities to improve workshop efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
• Technical Degree, Diploma or certificate in branding
• 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred a branding company
• Strong technical knowledge
• Good interpersonal skills to manage staff, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively.
