About the Tender
STEPS Tanzania invites eligible and qualified vendors to submit proposals for the repair and maintenance of condom vending machines across ten (10) regions in Tanzania: Dodoma, Manyara, Morogoro, Singida, Tabora, Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Njombe, Shinyanga, Simiyu, and Tanga.

The application should include the following:
- Letter of Intent – Outlining the company’s relevant experience and explaining why it is the most suitable candidate for the assignment.
- Company Profile – Showcasing organizational capacity, technical expertise, and past experience in similar projects.
- Legal and Tax Compliance Documents – Including valid business registration certificates, TIN and VAT certificates, and latest tax clearance certificates.
- Past Performance Evidence – Attach at least three (3) references from previous clients for similar repair and maintenance work.
- Financial Capacity Statement – Provide audited financial statements for the last two years or bank statements demonstrating financial capability.
- Compliance with Procurement Policies – Confirm adherence to NGO and government procurement regulations, including ethical sourcing, fair labor practices, and anti-corruption measures.
Additional Requirements
- Vendors must demonstrate their ability to provide timely and reliable maintenance services across the specified regions.
- Preference will be given to suppliers with prior experience working with health-related NGOs or government health programs.
- Selected vendors will be required to sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlining key deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations.
