The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive School Administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our school’s administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the school’s administrative systems, including attendance records, student data,
and communication logs.
• Provide administrative support to the Headteacher, teaching staff, and other departments.
• Oversee front office operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for
visitors.
• Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone inquiries.
• Coordinate school events, meetings, and schedules.
• Manage and oversee the student enrollment process, including handling inquiries,
applications, and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school policies and relevant
regulations.
• Manage financial processes, such as invoices and budgets, as needed.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks effectively
and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in an educational setting.
