Roles and Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check-in guests with professionalism and warmth. • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-outs efficiently. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability and pricing. • Process payments and ensure accurate billing. • Manage phone calls, emails, and communication with guests and departments. • Assist in resolving guest complaints or escalating issues as necessary. • Keep the reception area tidy and well-organized. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Minimum Requirements: • A diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Front Office Operations, or a related field. • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using front office software systems. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure. • A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
