You will be integral in the generation, execution and performance reporting of this strategy . You will partner with key internal stakeholders by providing financial assessment, measurement and reporting. Ideally you must possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial reporting and control for an NGO and impact projects, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across various teams within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Organizational
● Analyze actual and projected expenses against direct program costs to predict annual overhead rate for effective management of the project’s resources
● Use trend and Management Budget to develop monthly projections for overhead expenses
● Develop monthly projection of both direct and overhead costs for presentation to the project’s stakeholders
Functional
● Maintain Annual Corporate Budget
● Prepare periodic fund utilization report
● Prepare Quarterly Donor Fund Report
● Prepare various financial analysis with respect to the project funds
● Ensure All project Expenses are in line with the company’s Procurement Policy
● Ensure appropriate documentation of project expenses in line with the set guidelines

Key Skills & Competencies
Skills
● Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance field
● 3+ year's relevant finance and accounting experience
● Excellent knowledge of MS office suite with advanced excel skills
● Proficient in financial reporting and controls with low learning curve in adapting to new systems/tools
● Strong organization, analytical, and coordination skills
Competencies
● English language skills is required with excellent written and oral communication skills
● Fast paced and able to adapt to changing requirements
