Experience: 3 to 5 years in Dairy or Food Industry Age Limit: 25 to 35 yrs. Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Refrigeration/Electrical.

Mechanical requirements
- Should be punctual in timings reporting duties and responsible on his work.
- Perform the daily routine activities of Preventive maintenance of scheduled PM equipment
- Update daily job cards and Machine History cards of PM/BM Activitivities which is done during course of the day.
- Perform on planned maintenance activities, condition monitoring and other preventative tasks to support both production and shutdown schedules
- Quick respond on Breakdowns of equipment’s and diagnose the problem and fix the machine ready for operation without delay.
- Able to understand operation of packing and filling machines need to carryout required maintenance.
- Need to monitor the machines performance by general inspection and carryout corrective action if find any abnormality in machine.
- Should have knowledge on servicing of gear boxes and replacing faulty bearings /Belts/ Gaskets.
- Active participation on factory expansion project works. Estimate the bill of materials as for project requirements.
Refrigeration requirements
- Should be able to work on refrigeration system break down repairs and fixing new systems, replacement of compressor faulty spare parts.
- Able to work on Large size cold room - freezers -25Deg, attend PM and BM services.
- Carry out repairs to production equipment including fault finding and trouble shooting.
- Trouble shooting services on cold room Freezers.
- Carrier / Thermo King transport refrigeration installation and trouble shooting.
- Ice cream dispensing machines Taylor and Storage freezers installation and trouble shooting.
Electrical requirements
- Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs.
- Able to read Control wiring of Electrical panels and diagnose and repair/replace the faulty parts.
- Should be able to read PLC’s & Servo Drives and VFD circuits. Diagnosis and fix the problems.
- Should have experience on general House electrical wiring for Lighting and connecting Utilities.
