Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated and highly energetic individual who thrives on generating leads and closing deals independently. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by proactively identifying new business opportunities, pitching our digital advertising solutions, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generation & Sales: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities.- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Sales Closing: Pitch company’s services and close deals.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and client needs.
Reporting & Coordination: Provide sales updates to the Head of Sales.- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.
NOTE: SELECTION PROGRAM
This is a 3 week Sales Training/Selection Program with 2 phases:
Phase 1 = 1 week Sales Training Program, after which we will shortlist candidates for an additional 2-week evaluation. Based on their performance, we will make the final hiring decision.
Program Overview
Purpose: Train and evaluate candidates before making a final selection.
Phase 1: 1-week training for all shortlisted candidates.
Phase 2 : 2-week evaluation for the shortlisted candidates
Days: Monday To Saturday
Allowance & Benefits
- Lunch & transport Allowance will be provided amounting to TZS 50,000/-(Paid at the end of the first week).
Total Allowance for 2nd Phase (if shortlisted): TZS 100,000 (for two additional weeks).
Training Structure
Week 1: Sales Fundamentals & On-Field Execution
- Company & industry introduction
- Sales pitch training & handling objections
- Walk-in lead generation & field visits
- Solo sales execution
- Follow-ups & data entry
- Performance evaluation & final selection
Important Notes
- This is a training program, not an employment contract.
- Only one candidate will be selected for the final sales position.
- A Training Agreement will be signed before starting.
- Misconduct or failure to perform may result in removal from the program.
Key Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience (media, advertising preferred).
- Self-starter with strong lead generation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Highly energetic and results-driven.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms
