We are seeking a detail-driven and results-oriented Logistics Financial Controller Lead to ensure financial excellence in our logistics operations. This role will focus on cost leadership, compliance, and inventory management, driving accountability, and ensuring reliable financial reporting within our distribution centers (DCs). You’ll optimize cost controls, enhance operational discipline, and ensure effective month-end forecasting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Leadership: Oversee DC costs, ensure accurate financial reporting, and manage inventory and CAPEX compliance.
  • Controls & Compliance: Lead internal control processes, ensure adherence to financial procedures, and execute effective audits.
  • Cost Management: Analyze, reconcile, and optimize utility and inventory costs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all financial regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure compliance across all stages of inventory control, conduct audits, and mitigate risks.
  • Capex Management: Oversee capital expenditure, ensuring accurate capitalization and asset verification.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Support forecasting and provide key inputs for strategic financial planning.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3+ years in financial controlling, preferably in site manufacturing or logistics.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP/Syspro, Business Warehouse, and Anaplan is a plus. Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
