- CAD Drafting: Create accurate 2D and 3D landscaping design plans and technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), based on input from landscape architects, designers, and clients.
- Design Support: Assist the design team in developing detailed plans for hardscape and softscape elements, including pathways, patios, retaining walls, water features, planting beds, and other landscaping features.
- Site Plans: Prepare site-specific plans that integrate landscaping elements with architectural structures, ensuring seamless design and proper spatial alignment.
- Detailing & Specifications: Develop detailed sections, elevations, and construction details for landscaping elements. Ensure all drawings adhere to project specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with landscape architects and other design professionals to refine and adjust plans as needed. Provide technical support during the design and implementation phases of projects.
- Survey Data Integration: Incorporate survey data, topographical maps, and site-specific information into CAD drawings to ensure designs are accurate and feasible.
