We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Technical Support Apprentice to join our IT technical team. This opportunity will offer him/her hands-on experience in providing technical support, managing IT systems, and troubleshooting issues.

Location: Westlands, Nairobi
Duration: 12 months
Reports to: Technical lead
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Support: Assist with resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• System Maintenance: Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including computers and networks.
• Help-desk Support: Respond to service desk tickets, track issues, and provide timely solutions.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of IT issues, resolutions, and inventory management.
• Learning & Development: Participate in training and work toward achieving relevant IT certifications.
Requirements:
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in IT or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer systems, software, and networking.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Attitude: Eagerness to learn and grow within the IT industry.
