Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Supervision:
- Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing training and support.
Housekeeping Operations:
- Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.

Inventory and Supplies:

Health and Safety Compliance:

Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the front office, maintenance, and food and beverage teams to ensure seamless operations.

- Prepare and submit reports on housekeeping performance and requirements to management.

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a hotel setting.
