    Deliverables

    • Output 1: To develop donor reports (narrative, visibility.)
    • Deliverable 1.1: Final and interim technical reports to the following donors are submitted on time and in line with donor agreements and reporting requirements: ECHO, BHA, CERF and GAVI.
    • Deliverable 1.2: Work closely with the communications team to create a visibility action plan that considers the key grants such as KSR and ECHO. 
    • Output 2: Support the timely coordination, development, and submission of project proposals.
    • Deliverable 2.1: Alongside TOs (Technical Officers), support the coordination and development of reprogramming proposals, such as the BMGF GIS Centre proposal, the Japanese Supplementary Budget proposal, the L’oreal Foundation proposal and the KOICA proposal. 

    Educational Qualifications:   

    • Essential: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, development science, programme/project management, international relations, economics, public health or another related field. 

    Experience:  

    • Essential: 5 years’ relevant professional experience in reporting, programme/project management and/or other related fields. 
    • Desirable:  Experience working with, managing and/or reporting on programmes/projects of World Bank, ECHO, AICS, GAVI, Global Fund and other donors highly is desirable.
    • International experience with WHO in reporting, project development, and/or grant writing will be considered a strong asset. Experience with UN agencies and/or international NGOs in reporting will be considered an asset.
