1. Great food presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
2. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
3. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
4. Check quality of ingredients
5. Ensure food is prepared in timely manner at all times
6. Ensure proper hygiene in the kitchen is maintained at all times
Requirements
1. Proven work experience as Chef preparing Chinese cuisine
2. Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
3. Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
4. Ability to follow all kitchen safety regulations
5. Ability to work in a team
6. Good communication skills
7. Willing to work in Athi River and live inside the company premises.
