Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Ramada Beach Resort. As a waiter/waitress, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a welcoming and friendly manner
Present menus and provide recommendations based on guest preferences
Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring the correct items are delivered
Ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns or special requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Process customer payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
Assist with setting up and closing down the dining area as needed
Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
Qualifications:
3-5 years in Food and beverage management and hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
