    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inspect all fields related to Sisal production with an intensive crop scouting program and advise the Production Manager through a weekly crop report.
    • Supervise the planting, spraying, harvesting & any other operations related to Sisal production as advised by the Production Manager – Sisal.
    • Where necessary identify and train a Crop scouting team and maintain a systematic program going forward.

    • Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, and staff management systems would also be important.
    • Experience in coordinating work programs, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring productivity would be necessary.
    • Understanding of health and safety regulations in agricultural settings and the ability to enforce safe working practices and standards.
    • Must have a driving licence and be able to ride a motorbike as well.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate stock levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
    • Lead inventory audits, including periodic stock counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
    • Utilize available inventory management systems and critical lists to track and optimize stock movement.
    • Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability based on production needs.
    • Prepare inventory reports and key metrics, such as raw material yield reports and variances.
    • Identify opportunities to reduce waste and optimize inventory levels for cost efficiency.
    • Train team members on inventory procedures and inventory managements systems usage.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, science, IT or equivalent qualification.
    • At least 5 years of stock control and management in a busy Manufacturing / FMCG environment.
    • In depth knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Data Analytics Tools.
    • In depth understanding of inventory management processes in busy FMCG environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and excellent eye for detail.
