    We are a dynamic and growing supermarket and wholesale business in Nakuru, with additional ventures in commercial space rental and a restaurant & bar (business segments). We are seeking an experienced member to join our team and take charge of executing marketing strategies for our supermarket, wholesale, real estate and restaurant businesses. This is a hands-on role with a focus on delivering measurable revenue growth, brand building, and engaging marketing campaigns, in line with the strategies discussed at the GM level and approved by the Board.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record in executing revenue-driven marketing strategies.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, Google Ads, email marketing).
    • Experience in creating and implementing customer engagement programs and promotions.
    • Ability to work independently, execute plans, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
    • Familiarity with the local Nakuru market and community engagement is a plus.

    Position Overview:

    • The Household Manager will be the central figure in ensuring the smooth functioning of our home, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and care. This role involves managing the two existing house staff, planning meals, assisting with the children's education and activities, and ensuring that every aspect of the home runs seamlessly. We are seeking a professional individual who remains focused on their responsibilities and refrains from engaging in staff politics or gossip.

    • Cooking skills and experience in planning and preparing meals.
    • A valid driving license is a significant advantage.
