We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive with a strong emphasis on brand development and content creation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to not only manage our social presence but also grow and nurture an influencer network. As a Social Media Executive, you will be at the forefront of building and executing our brand's social media strategy. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, developing a distinct brand voice, and spearheading influencer collaborations to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Content Creation and Curation:  

o Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing objectives. 

o Plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts. 

o Develop and curate high-quality, on-brand content for various social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Twitter, TikTok, etc.). 

o Utilise creative tools and resources to enhance visual and written content. 

 

Brand Voice and Messaging:  

o Define and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social channels. 

o Craft compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience. 

o Grow our User Generated content library and feed into wider channels. 

 

Influencer Network Development:  

o Identify, reach out to, and nurture relationships with potential influencers and brand ambassadors. 

o Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and impactful content that aligns with our brand. 

o Create a strong relationship with influencers by working with them on promotional tactics and content creation, ensuring that our brand and their personal brand complement each other. 

 

Community Engagement and Management:  

o Monitor and engage with our community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and personable manner. 

o Work with customer services and sales to identify community needs and customer insights. Feed into the wider team to support in revenue growth through relevant campaigns. 

o Identify opportunities for user-generated content and community-driven initiatives. 

Analytics and Reporting:  

o Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts. 

o Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content and strategy. 

 

Trend Monitoring and Innovation:  

o Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies. 

o Integrate innovative strategies to enhance our brand's digital presence. 

Qualifications:

o 2 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on brand development and content creation.

o Proficient in social media analytics and reporting tools.

o Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with an eye for design.

o Excellent communication and project management skills.

o Experience in, or a strong willing to learn about influencer marketing.
