Sales Representative – Business & Professional Engagement

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Engagement:
- Introduce the platform to personal care and beauty businesses, from small single-location shops to high-end multi-location establishments.
- Customize your approach to meet the unique needs of each business owner, providing tailored solutions to demonstrate long-term value.
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with business owners and professionals, ensuring they feel supported and confident in using the platform.
- Act as a strategic partner for high-value clients, offering insights and advice to maximize their engagement with the platform.
Ongoing Support:
- Ensure businesses and professionals onboard successfully and continue using the platform effectively.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide training, and maintain regular communication to address concerns proactively.
Sophisticated Selling:
- Present to high-level decision-makers and navigate complex sales cycles with multi-location businesses.
- Demonstrate professionalism, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of clients.
Data-Driven Results:
- Collect and analyze feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and support the Product and Business teams in refining the platform.
- Meet and exceed sales and engagement KPIs, with an emphasis on long-term platform adoption.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3+ years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably with experience working with decision-makers in multi-location businesses or high-value clients.
- Relevant Industries: Experience in SaaS, personal care, retail, or a similar sector is an advantage.
- Proven Success: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Professionalism: Confident and polished, capable of representing the platform to high-end establishments.
- Passion for the Industry: Interest in the personal care and beauty sector is an advantage.
- Mobility: Willingness to conduct in-person visits and travel within Nairobi and surrounding areas as required.
