Experience: 2-5 years in Sales (preferably in the Coffee/Beverage industry)

Salary: Ksh 50,000-75,000 (GROSS/PER MONTH)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales in assigned territories.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.

• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the coffee or beverage industry.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

• A valid driver’s license two wheeler/four wheeler is preferred.
