    Job Overview:

    • Indigo Car Care Club is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive subscription sales, achieve revenue targets, and lead sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in growing our customer base, launching innovative products and services, and building a high-performing sales team. This role offers a base salary with attractive commission incentives and bonuses for exceptional performance

     Key Responsibilities

    Sales Leadership:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve subscription growth targets.
    • Lead efforts to secure 1,000 new Car Care Club subscribers by March 1st, 2025.
    • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the Karen suburb and surrounding areas.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of prospects through the sales funnel.

    Team Leadership:

    • Train, motivate, and guide the sales team to meet individual and collective targets.
    • Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to team members.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance within the sales team.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Actively seek feedback from customers to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

    Market Development:

    • Identify new market segments and develop strategies to penetrate them effectively.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that drive sales.
    • Represent Indigo Car Care Club at industry events, networking opportunities, and community engagements.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports detailing key metrics, achievements, and challenges.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Use CRM software to track leads, conversions, and customer interactions.

     Product and Service Launches:

    • Drive the successful introduction of new products and services, ensuring maximum market impact.
    • Provide training and resources to the sales team to effectively communicate value propositions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven success in a challenging sales role, ideally in the automotive or service industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales funnel management.
    • Knowledge of the automotive sector is an added advantage.
