We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Residential Interior 3D Designer / CAD Designer to join our team. This role involves producing high-quality, accurate drawings, technical designs, and 3D models, ensuring that all project specifications are met. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AutoCAD and 3D rendering software, with a proven track record in residential interior design.

- 3D Modelling & Rendering: Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and photo-realistic renderings using AutoCAD and other 3D modeling software.
- Technical Drawings: Produce precise technical drawings and production packs, including cutting lists and bills of materials for sourcing in the UK.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Designers and Project Managers to ensure that CAD drawings reflect project requirements.
- Project Communication: Attend meetings to stay informed on changes and updates, making revisions as necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all drawings adhere to industry standards and project specifications.
- Material Specification: Specify materials needed for each project and collaborate with clients for design approvals.
- Support Senior Technicians: Assist experienced CAD technicians in both 2D and 3D detailing as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in AutoCAD and 3D modeling (or an equivalent portfolio demonstrating skill).
- Portfolio: A residential 3D render portfolio showcasing prior work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and photo- realistic rendering.
- Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of residential interior design principles.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in creating drawings and models with a commitment to quality.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD and other relevant 3D modeling software.
- Collaborative Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to resolving design challenges and client requests.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
- Experience with creating production packs for UK-based sourcing.
