Job Title: Professional Chef
Responsibilities:
Create and Prepare Indian Dishes: Craft a variety of traditional and modern Indian dishes using authentic techniques and ingredients.
Menu Planning: Design and plan menus that align with restaurant concepts and customer preferences.
Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, manage junior kitchen staff, and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Ingredient Selection: Source high-quality ingredients and monitor food stock.
Training: Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and presentation.
Collaboration: Work closely with management to develop seasonal specialties and promotions.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as an Professional / Indian chef or in a similar role.
Education: Culinary degree or equivalent certification or 5years of experience on similar role preferred.
Skills: In-depth knowledge of traditional and contemporary Indian cooking techniques, strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, ability to manage kitchen staff, excellent time management and organizational skills, creativity in food presentation, and strong communication and teamwork abilities
