    JOB PURPOSE

     

     

     This role is ideal for a motivated, ambitious, and adaptable individual who can drive marketing initiatives and ensure seamless customer service coordination within the organization.

     

     

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
    • Support the drafting and review of tenders, proposals, and client contracts to ensure clarity and logical consistency.
    • Support Marketing and Supplier Coordination 
    • Event Planning and Customer Engagement
    • Office Administration and Executive Support
    • Digital and Operational Support 

    EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • A Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
    • An Overall KCSE grade of  B+ and above having scored a A- and above in Mathematics
    • Prior Internship experience is preffered but not compulsory
    • Quick to learn and eager to acquire new skills.
    •  Proficient in Microsoft office applications; Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
