Job Description
- Labor management: Supervising staff (sorting, issuing, baling) at the site.
- Operations Oversight: Supervise all aspects of site operations, including receiving, sorting, baling, and dispatch, ensuring alignment with SOP.
- Data Management and Reporting: Accurately input material data (received, processed, dispatched) into the ERP system, compiling daily reconciliation reports and present numbers in daily/weekly OKR meetings.
- Quality Control: Ensure and monitor quality throughout the baling and sorting processes to maintain product standards.
- Daily Reconciliation: Record and verify weights of daily deliveries per consignment.
- Stock Count Assistance: Participate in weekly stock counts, identifying and reporting any variances.
- Equipment and tools: Responsible for proper use and basic maintenance checks of the company tools and equipments
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce basic safety guidelines with regards to PPE and risks, and assist in incident reporting.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a site or manufacturing setup.
- Proven experience in data entry and working with ERP system
Should understand: -
- Understanding of the plastic recycling business is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Job Descriptions
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the waste management and recycling industry.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target
- Generate leads, prospect new clients, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Client Consultations and Presentations:
- Conduct client meetings to understand their waste management needs and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and quotes to potential clients.
Contract Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with commercial and/or residential clients (focus decided by HoD), ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to finalizing contracts.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with other departments, such as logistics , customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support as needed.
Customer Support and Follow-up:
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Conduct follow-up meetings and check-ins to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the waste management and recycling industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
- Sales Proficiency: Proven experience in B2B sales, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies, generate leads, and close deals. Experience in waste management or related industries is preferred.
