Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Generalist role located on-site in Karen- Nairobi. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and overall HR management tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in HR policies and employee benefits administration
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with HR software and systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
