- Develop and manage the annual budget, tracking expenditures against budget allocations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss reports and balance sheets.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Administrative Management:
- Manage office operations, including facilities maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and vendor management.
- Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage employee benefits and payroll administration.
- Coordinate with HR on staffing, onboarding, and employee relations
- Internal Controls:
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.
- Implement and monitor compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Conduct regular reviews of financial processes to identify areas for improvement
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial performance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Proven experience in financial management and accounting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools
- Leadership skills to manage and mentor a finance and administration team
