Key Tasks
- Graphic Design: Use design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva to create impactful communication materials.
- Brand Building: Work with the Communications Manager to strengthen the HEVA brand by further developing its assets and guidelines while ensuring consistency across all visual content.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Address design challenges to ensure visual materials align with HEVA’s brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
- Content Development: Design and create engaging visual content for communication platforms such as social media and the website while maintaining brand recognition and consistency.
- Documents and Reports: Develop branded templates for newsletters, letterheads,
- nance reporting, annual publications, and other organizational documents.
- Video Editing (Desirable): Create and edit short video and animation content for digital platforms.
- Training & Support: Train and support team members on eectively using HEVA’s brand templates and guidelines.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with freelancers and agencies to create visual assets, manage website content updates, and assist the Communications Manager with cross-functional projects.
- Design Revisions and Updates: Make adjustments based on feedback and ensure all materials are accurate and professionally polished.
- Proong and Corrections: Ensure all outputs meet the highest standards by correcting errors in spelling, grammar, alignment, and formatting.
Qualications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing communication, multimedia, art & design, or a related eld.
- Relevant certications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in graphic or communication design, with expertise in design strategy and project execution.
- Technical Skills: Prociency in visual communication design, brand development, and publication design.
- Software Prociency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva. Experience with video editing tools is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate eectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Cultural Awareness: Passion for Africa’s creative industries and a deep understanding of the region’s cultural landscape.
- Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating experience in branding, publication design, and content creation for digital platforms is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV).
- Collaborate with third party service providers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform system upgrades, and apply patches.
- User Support. Receive requests from users, analyze the requests and propose / develop a solution.
- System Support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central installations.
- Provide end-user training on system functionalities, best practices, and procedures to ensure smooth usage.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ERP systems and business processes.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Business Central and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
- Be the champion for all Sacco software projects.
- Perform any other function assigned by the line manager.
Skills Required
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience with Implementing / Supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in multiple projects.
- Procient in conguring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules in Non-Government Organizations.
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques to connect Dynamics 365 Business Central with other applications.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex business processes.
- Knowledge in BI development and implementation, Visual Studio, C#, .NET SQL Server.
- Knowledge of coding in both C/AL and AL
- Understanding of version control concepts.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues related to BC code.
- Ability to work within a team or as an individual.
- Ability to provide rst-level support
- Organized with eective personal time management.

- Good communication skills – verbal and written.
Qualications Desired
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science/ICT or related degree from a recognized university with two years’ experience.
- Relevant certications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are advantageous.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM will an added advantage
- Experience in Web Development and Customizations.
- Strong analytical, presentation & problem-solving skills with the ability to present technical ideas in a layman’s language.
- Working knowledge of databases (SQL server)
- Good knowledge of client Operating Systems e.g. Windows
- Experience in installation, troubleshooting, and upgrading software and hardware systems such as computers, printers, tablets, servers, portable devices, and other peripheral devices.
- Ability to write, communicate, and prepare reports clearly in English
