Good Neighbors Tanzania (GNTZ) invites sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the supply and distribution of agricultural inputs to 13 government primary schools located on Kome Island in Buchosa District, Mwanza. This tender is part of the Phase II project (2023-2025) titled “Promoting Optimal Growth and Development in School-Age Children Through Building a Healthy Environment.” The project aims to enhance agricultural productivity to support school feeding programs, promote practical agricultural education, and improve the nutritional intake of students through locally cultivated crops.

Scope of WorkThe selected supplier(s) will:
- Supply agricultural inputs including fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, and other materials as specified in the Price Schedule.
- Ensure all items are certified by relevant authorities and meet both local and international agricultural standards.
- Provide inputs suitable for maize and beans intercropping as well as vegetable farming activities.
Bidders must submit:
- Company profile, business license, TIN certificates, and other relevant documentation.
- A declaration of anti-corrupt and fraudulent practices.
- Proof of previous experience in supplying agricultural inputs to Government, NGOs, or UN.
Tenders must be submitted by 10:00hrs on 22nd January 2025.
